These terms govern the use of the Xomo service (xomo.org). By registering or using the service you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
What Xomo is
Xomo is an online booking service: professionals and salons manage schedules and take bookings, clients book services. Xomo is a technical platform; the services themselves are provided by the business you booked with, and that business is responsible for their quality.
Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping access to it safe. One person — one account. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.
Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the service for spam, fraud or unlawful content, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to attempt to access other users' data.
Paid plans
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel the subscription at any time — it remains active until the end of the paid period.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee the absence of outages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at xomo.org/terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
